Penguin

Penguin is a thermo jug shaped like a polar penguin. The rounded body and the tilted form give the jug a warm and friendly appearance. The handle is set perpendicular to the center of gravity, so the jug leans forward when held and can be used easily by children and older people. The front of the lid is raised like a beak to keep dust away from the spout. The raised back of the lid makes the lid easy to screw on. The shell is made of polypropylene, and the copper-plated double layer glass tank keeps water at 80 degrees Celsius for six hours.

Suggestions

Suggestions is a porcelain tableware collection made for professional kitchens. Each piece answers a practical serving need rather than a formal idea. One dish holds ice above a hidden reservoir, so melted water is kept away from the food. A second version holds dry ice to cool dishes such as sushi and release a light vapour. Another item keeps caviar on ice without mixing the two. Plates with an irregular dot texture separate meat juices from the food. Small porcelain trays allow guests to eat comfortably while standing. Reactive glazes were developed for the collection.

Riposo

The design of this service was inspired by two schools of the early 20th century the German Bauhaus and the Russian avant-garde. Strict straight geometry and well-thought-out functionality fully corresponds to the spirit of the manifestos of those times: "what is convenient is beautiful". At the same time following modern trends the designer combines two contrasting materials in this project. Classic white milk porcelain is complemented by bright lids made of cork. Functionality of the design is supported by simple, convenient handles and the overall usability of the form.

Turkish Coffe Cup

Turkish Coffe Cup is a porcelain coffee cup with a matching saucer. The form refers to Turkish cultural history: the geometric handle recalls the Seljuk period, the cloud motif recalls the Ottoman period, and the cylindrical body links both traditions. The shape was first made on a potter's wheel, then drawn on a computer. Production molds were made with a CNC lathe, and the pieces were cast in porcelain clay. The cup is 8 cm high and 6.5 cm wide. The saucer is 12.5 cm in diameter. The aim was to join the warmth of handwork with the precision of machine production.
