Chery E02
Chery E02 is a human machine interface for a car infotainment system. The interface brings navigation, entertainment, communication and vehicle control into one simple layout. A flat hierarchy places all main functions on the top level page, which reduces driver distraction. App lists open in small windows instead of full screen. The main color, Glacial Blue, offers high visibility and limits visual fatigue. Temperature buttons sit within natural thumb reach of the driver and of the front passenger. A voice assistant supports spoken control.
Chery E02 Hmi Design by CHERY was selected as an outstanding illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Chery E02 Hmi Design received the Golden A' Design Award in Interface, Interaction and User Experience Design in 2025. The A' Interface, Interaction and User Experience Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition which rewards exceptional design of websites, mobile applications, software interfaces, game interfaces, wearable interfaces, virtual reality interfaces, augmented reality interfaces, dashboard designs and more.
