Black Bear

Black bear is a conceptual project that consists of a family of smoked seafood. The creative concept of the brand uses the link between the salmon and the bear food chain, presented here by a chef that signs his food creations. The typology for the main name transmits strength, modernity, and a premium aspect, unlike the one used to target the products that follow a clean and sophisticated line.

LOFOTEN WATER

Lofoten Water, Winner of Best Tasting Water 2016, is Arctic natural drinking water and made to reflects the beautiful and unique Lofoten Islands with its unspoilt landscape of rugged mountain peaks, deep fjords and sheltered inlets. To capture and articulate the purity and premium character of Lofoten Water required a structural design and graphic expression of both prominence and nuance. This was achieved in the juxtaposition of a bottle that moves from a slender body of horizontal lines to delicate shoulders, alongside the contrasting angles of a cap inspired by the mountain peaks of Lofoten

N1 Series

The N1 Series is a story of balance and precision. A minimal hollow-handle design ensure these knives are well balanced and naturally fit a chef's grip. Each knife is forged from high-alloy steel that is both wear and stain resistant with high edge retention, but also hard and strong enough for the fine edged blades to feature a keen Asian style edge. All the knives are securely housed in a wooden knife block that is designed to emphasize the lines and silhouette of the N1 Series while adding natural texture and warm tones to the narrative of the knife set.

Icy Galaxy

Nature has always been one of the most important sources of inspiration for designers. The idea came to designers' minds by looking into the space and the image of Milk Way Galaxy.The most important aspect in this design was to create a unique form. Many designs that are in the market focus on making the most clear ice but in this presented design, the designers intentionally focused on the forms which are made by the minerals while the water turns into ice, to be more clear the designers transformed a natural defect into a beautiful effect. This design creates a spiral spherical form.

Riposo

The design of this service was inspired by two schools of the early 20th century the German Bauhaus and the Russian avant-garde. Strict straight geometry and well-thought-out functionality fully corresponds to the spirit of the manifestos of those times: "what is convenient is beautiful". At the same time following modern trends the designer combines two contrasting materials in this project. Classic white milk porcelain is complemented by bright lids made of cork. Functionality of the design is supported by simple, convenient handles and the overall usability of the form.

Suggestions it is not just about shapes. It helps chefs to express and create by fusing shapes with gastronomic ideas in each piece. Tired that the starting point was always the search for formal ways, both geometrical and properly finished, Suggestions puts the focus on other points of inspiration based on the observations and questioning with regard to: The presentation of the chefs ideas. Handling by the service crew. Handling by the customer. Acceptance of shapes by the user and the chef. Ways of having an event where food is an important part. Visual, artistic and sensual tendencies.
